Hank’s related transactional experience includes advising a manufacturer in the acquisition of a national consumer health care brand.
Hank has extensive experience in real estate purchases, sales, financing, development, construction, leasing, and land use for a wide variety of projects, such as health care facilities, commercial shopping centers, educational and corporate campuses, residential development, historic redevelopment, cell towers and recreational facilities.

Hank practiced law in Charlottesville, Va, for seven years prior to joining Edmunds & Williams in Lynchburg in 2003. He came to Woods Rogers when the two firms merged in October 2016.
Hank and his wife, Susan, are Lynchburg natives who enjoy boating with their family on Smith Mountain Lake. Hank serves on the board of directors of HumanKind, a Lynchburg-area human services organization.
