Nathan Gordon is an attorney in the Birmingham office and is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Finance & Securities Group. Mr. Gordon’s practice includes a variety of transactional matters including all aspects of entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, state and federal securities laws, corporate finance and corporate governance.
Mr. Gordon also advises clients in the areas of taxation and tax planning, estate planning, wealth-transfer planning, charitable organizations, like-kind exchanges and charitable donations of real property.
Mr. Gordon has advised both publicly traded companies and closely held businesses in a variety of industries including banking, insurance, manufacturing, health care, telecommunications and real estate.
An avid outdoorsman, Mr. Gordon frequently spends his time away from the office hiking, hunting and fishing near the Alabama gulf coast. His experience and passion for the outdoors coupled with his experience in tax, securities, real estate and corporate law result in a rare combination that allows him to provide unique insights to clients interested in conservation easements.
