Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Sabina Bramlett has more than 20 years of experience handling a wide array of estate planning, probate and transactional business planning matters.
She regularly assists clients with drafting and implementation of wills, trusts and other entities to address objectives regarding the disposition and protection of assets while minimizing federal estate and gift tax exposure.
Sabina assists clients in transactional business planning for closely held businesses, including formation, general transactional matters, business succession for family owned businesses, key employee planning, sales and acquisitions and managing the tax ramifications of mergers and acquisitions.
Sabina also routinely represents executors and estates through all phases of administration, including the preparation of estate and inheritance tax returns.
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Sabina was a partner at Glast, Phillips & Murray, P.C. in Dallas. Sabina frequently presents to professional groups and organizations on a variety of estate and business planning topics.
She is also active in the service organization Altrusa International of Downtown Dallas and has previously served on its Board of Directors. Additionally, Sabina is a member of the Communities Foundation of Texas and serves on the organization’s advisory council, is a member of the board of directors of the Parent Teacher Association at the William B. Travis Academy/Vanguard for the Academically Talented and Gifted in Dallas and is involved in the National Charity League, a mother-daughter community service organization.
