Sabrina C. Rodrigues focuses her practice on business and finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. While attending law school, Sabrina worked with the firm’s Corporate, Finance, and Real Estate Group as a summer associate in 2017 where she conducted legal research, drafted various documents, and updated a stock purchase agreement. Sabrina served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Frank W. Volk, Chief Judge, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. She was a member of the Editorial Staff of the Wake Forest Law Review.
Prior to attending law school, Sabrina worked as an Assistant Managing Clerk for the Managing Attorney’s Office in the New York City office of an international law firm where she reviewed, filed, and served court papers, prepared the firm’s litigation and bankruptcy calendar with relevant deadlines, and provided assistance to attorneys regarding procedure.
While attending Villanova University, Sabrina studied abroad during her junior year at the University of Oxford, Worcester College in Oxford, England.
Sabrina is proficient in Portuguese and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
