Saiful Islam

Saiful Islam is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. He has experience defending general contractors, subcontractors, and owners of commercial properties in Labor Law cases involving §§200, 240(1), and 241(6) claims.

In addition, he has prior experience in defending premises liability and motor vehicle accident cases in New York. Saiful is experienced in handling private mediations as well as judicial mediations, and successful settlement negotiation on behalf of clients. Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Saiful worked at other New York City law firms as well as an insurance company.
