Sam Reinhardt joined Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Lexington office as an Associate in 2016, after serving as a summer associate at the firm. He focuses primarily on Business Litigation and Tort, Trial & Insurance defense, and is also a part of the Health Care litigation practice.
Working with clients in Kentucky and across the Midwest, Sam provides counsel that keeps pace with ever-changing federal, state and local laws. His collaborative approach combines strategic planning and passionate advocacy to help protect clients’ businesses.
As a litigator, Sam has experience drafting and arguing motions for summary judgment, taking and defending depositions, and bringing cases to a jury verdict. He has routinely appeared in federal and state courts throughout the Commonwealth.
Business Litigation: For clients ranging from local small businesses to major corporations, Sam counsels clients tactically through matters spanning from contractual disagreements to complex trade secrets violations.
Tort, Trial & Insurance Services: Sam represents businesses and individuals from initial investigation through discovery, trial and appeal, when necessary. Depending on the nature of a conflict, he looks for opportunities to negotiate a settlement through mediation and arbitration.
Health Care: Concentrating mainly on litigation, Sam handles issues ranging from medical malpractice actions to disputes over billing. He assists hospitals, physicians groups, medical billings companies and various other organizations and providers.
