Samantha K.N. Burnett defends automotive manufacturers and other clients in product liability litigation. Her work includes all aspects of the litigation process, including motion practice, witness preparation, discovery and pretrial preparation.
Sam prioritizes communicating and connecting with her clients to understand their business and litigation goals then works tirelessly to help her clients meet those objectives.
Before joining Shook, Sam worked at a defense firm in Alabama for nearly five years, serving as litigation and discovery counsel for a Fortune 500 automobile manufacturer.
