Samantha D’Angelo is experienced in the areas of international tax, corporate tax, partnership tax, and tax controversy issues. She has experience researching and drafting legal memoranda in various areas of tax, protest letters to the Internal Revenue Service for administrative appeals, and Tax Court petitions.
She has also assisted clients in obtaining installment agreements, offers in compromise, and penalty abatements. During her time as an extern at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, D’Angelo researched issues for the Large Business and International Division as well as drafted answers, motions for summary judgment, and referrals to the department of Justice Tax Division.
