Samantha J. Gleit specializes in finance and lending transactions, with a focus on acquisition finance, private equity and investment funds, alternative capital, debt capital markets, healthcare finance, asset based finance, insolvency/restructuring and media/telecommunications practices.
Samantha represents financial institutions, public and private companies, private equity funds, sponsors, borrowers and arrangers in leveraged buyout transactions; securitizations; domestic and cross-border debt financings; first and second lien financings; unitranche and mezzanine financings; acquisition financings; investment grade financings; workouts and restructurings; general corporate governance and securities matters; and other corporate transactions.
Samantha is an officer of the International Bar Association and serves as Vice Chair of the Insolvency Section Creditors’ Rights Committee. In 2013, Samantha received a scholarship from the International Bar Association for her winning article, Law Firm Expansion and Dissolution, including an invitation to attend the IBA’s annual conference.
