Ms. Samantha Zylber is an attorney and senior member of the Business Immigration Group at Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She has extensive experience researching and preparing both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions. She has prepared H-1B, L-1, O-1 and TN visa petitions on behalf of client companies of varying sizes and industries.
Ms. Zylber has experience with the Department of Labor’s labor certification process, the “PERM” on-line filing system, and has also prepared numerous Employment based Immigrant Visa petitions and Adjustment of Status applications.
Ms. Zylber earned her Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government and Economics from Connecticut College in 2006.
