Lawyer Zakhour practiced criminal defense and civil litigation at a local firm. He cleared the exam for California Bar easily, in his very first attempt. He interned with the San Diego Public Defender and also for two local criminal defense firms, during law school.

Sammer Zakhour grew up in Dallas, Texas and went to the reputed St. Mark’s School of Texas. He graduated with honors and earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of San Diego. He later went to California Western School of Law in Downtown San Diego and obtained a Juris Doctor degree. He was a member of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association there.
