Samuel Schwartz, a graduate of Loyola School of Law in Chicago, began his professional career with a general corporate practice in 1997, and transitioned to general corporate and bankruptcy practice in 1998.
Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Schwartz practiced commercial bankruptcy law, representing debtors and creditors on a broad range of business reorganization and restructuring matters involving a variety of industries, including South Edge, LLC, developer of Southern Nevada’s Inspirada Master Planned Community, W. R.
