Samuel R. Diamant is an associate in King & Spalding’s Contracts and Business Torts practice, resident in the San Francisco office. His practice focuses on representing companies in commercial disputes, including matters involving licensing disputes, false advertising, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty and various other business torts.
He has represented Fortune 500 and emerging companies alike in the technology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and financial services industries.
Before joining King & Spalding, Sam served as law clerk to United States Bankruptcy Judge William J. Lafferty in the Northern District of California.
