Samuel Casolari concentrates his practice in a wide variety of areas such as premises liability, product liability, employer-related intentional tort, general casualty, hospitality/liquor liability, professional liability, auto insurance defense and asbestos suits.
Samuel has litigated over many cases, providing defense to clients and insurance carriers all over Ohio State before the Courts of Common Pleas and Federal District Courts.
In addition to this, Samuel has provided representation and defense to school districts and their boards of education in a several claims of torts walking them through the discovery, dispositive motion, trial, and appeal processes. He has defended lay and expert witnesses, and dealing with matters relating to political subdivision law at the trial and appellate levels in Ohio State.
More so, Sam is directly participates in leadership matters such as to governance, policy, and administration of educational institutions all through his service on the board of trustees of Grove City College and the board of advisors of Regent University School of Law.
Mr. Casolari is an active member of the International Amusement and Leisure Defense Association, Inc. (IALDA). He directly participates in Marshall Dennehey’s Amusement, Sports and Recreation Practice Group. He also deals with issues affecting water parks, amusement parks and rides, roller skating, and other amusement and recreational matters throughout Ohio.
