Samuel Hyams represents clients in a wide variety of insurance coverage disputes and complex business litigation matters. His experience includes handling contractual disputes, fraud actions, investment fund litigation and commercial real estate litigation.
During law school, Samuel was a senior research editor of the UC Irvine Law Review. He also participated in the UCI Law Appellate Litigation Clinic, where he prepared the briefing for a habeas corpus case before the Ninth Circuit.
Samuel appeared for oral argument in the matter, obtaining the core of the client’s desired remedy. Samuel has volunteered on pro bono matters with the Public Law Center and Veterans Legal Institute.
Representative Matters : Litigated a 17-day venture capital fund arbitration, achieving full compensatory and punitive damages for the client.
