
Samuel M. Matchett specializes in employment law counseling and litigation in federal and state courts, and before governmental agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Wage & Hour, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, and arbitration tribunals.
A partner in our Labor and Employment practice and chair of our Diversity Committee, Sam represents employers in a variety of civil rights, discrimination and other employment matters.
With more than 30 years of experience in employment relationship matters, Sam defends employers in litigation involving the Civil Rights Acts of 1866 and 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and employment-related state law claims. He also advises clients on avoiding employee-related problems, and presents seminars concerning all aspects of employment law.
