Samuel P. Queirolo is a Florida board certified real estate lawyer who has worked with investors, developers, lenders and governmental entities in the acquisition, development, leasing, financing and disposition of office and industrial projects, residential developments, apartment complexes, retail facilities, mixed-use projects, senior living facilities and university facilities.
He is an authorized agent for multiple title insurance companies. Sam has also worked with clients to assemble teams of consulting professionals to provide strategic legal, title, valuation and transfer tax analysis in the context of multi-site acquisitions, dispositions, financings and corporate transactions.
In addition to his traditional real estate practice, Sam has devoted substantial attention to representing clients in alternative energy development matters.
