Sang Woo Lee

Sang Woo Lee is a member of the firm’s Casualty Department where he handles a variety of complex cases involving personal injury defense, premises liability, construction accidents and construction defect matters, retail liability, product liability, motor and commercial vehicle  accidents and property damage issues. He litigates these matters in both the state and federal courts.

Sang frequently lectures on a variety of topics ranging from premises liability, construction accidents, indemnity and additional insured status, to wage loss claims.

He is a member of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel, Philadelphia Bar Association, Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, The Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia, the Yale Alumni Association and the Temple Law Alumni Association.

Sang graduated from Yale University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science. He received his juris doctor from Temple University School of Law, where he was the managing editor of the Temple International Comparative Law Journal.
