
Sara J. Bradford is a registered patent attorney who focuses her practice on strategic intellectual property counseling and procurement, primarily in the computer, software and electronics industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bradford worked as a patent associate in the Broomfield, Colorado office of an international law firm where she focused a substantial portion of her practice on post grant review proceedings.
Ms. Bradford’s practice also included patent litigation, both enforcement of patents against competitors and defense of patent infringement allegations. She also worked closely with inventors and other professionals to obtain and evaluate U.S. and foreign patent protection and provided strategic counsel regarding all aspects of intellectual property for her clients.
While attending law school, Ms. Bradford served as an extern for Chief Judge Wiley Y. Daniel at the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and was an associate editor on The Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law.
Prior to launching her legal career, Ms. Bradford was a software and applications engineer, focusing on developing and designing software and Internet applications.
