Sara Sargeantson Burns is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and International Arbitration practices. Sara represents clients from all over the world in the energy, infrastructure, automotive, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Her practice focuses on dispute resolution, including complex litigation in courts throughout the U.S., investor-state arbitration, and commercial arbitration.
Sara represents sovereign and corporate clients, in proceedings under the arbitration rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) at the World Bank, the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and its International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).
