With extensive experience in both federal and state court, Sara L. Mandelbaum focuses her practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on handling commercial contracts, employment discrimination, criminal, and constitutional law. She represents clients in employment discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, and sexual harassment matters.
Prior to joining private practice, Sara spent nearly 10 years with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Women’s Rights Project, founded by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. During her time with ACLU, Sara represented Shannon Faulkner in the historic Citadel case to win admission to the all-male Citadel, The Military Academy of South Carolina.
