Her experience includes actively engaging in discovery, dispositive motions practice, mediation, and trial preparation for litigation matters. By working closely with clients, she crafts tailored, cost-conscious approaches for managing and resolving issues that arise from construction defects, delay damages, liens, construction-related product defects, bid protests, and contract disputes.
She also has a background in economics and antitrust litigation from a prior role as an economic consultant focusing on estimating damages in complex commercial disputes.
