Sarah D. Lemon focuses her practice in the area of real estate finance and capital markets. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lemon worked as an associate in the New York, New York office of an east coast law firm in its Mortgage Default Litigation Department where she represented mortgage servicers, banks, and secured creditors in New York Supreme Court and New York Surrogate’s Court for contested and uncontested motions, status conferences, citation hearings, and orders to show cause.
Previously, Ms. Lemon was an associate in the Brooklyn, New York office of a law firm with locations in New York and New Jersey where her practice included foreclosure defense litigation, personal injury litigation, and real estate contracts and closings.
After graduating from law school, Ms. Lemon was a legal intern at New York Legal Assistance Group in New York City. While attending law school, Ms. Lemon served as a legal intern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Miami, Florida.
