Sarah Allen concentrated her practice on estate, gift and charitable planning as well as special needs planning. She also has extensive experience handling trust and estate administration matters including will contests, probate/trust administrations, trust/trustee disputes, guardian ships and conservator ships.
In 2009, 2011 and 2012, Ms. Allen was named to the Massachusetts Rising Stars list by New England Super Lawyers, a distinction limited to the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in Massachusetts.
Ms. Allen is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association and the Trusts & Estates Consortium. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
