Sarah H. Orme was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. She attended Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, where she received a B.A. in Rhetoric and Media Studies in 2008. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she served as the Executive Notes Editor of the Indiana Law Review.
Sarah practices general civil litigation, focusing primarily on real property related issues, as well as contract and employment disputes. She has extensive experience in community association law, having represented both associations and individual owners in a variety of condominium and HOA disputes.
She has advised condominium and homeowner associations on a wide range of legal issues, including the preparation and revision of condominium declarations and other governing documents. Sarah also has experience in litigation involving leases, service contracts, and employment contracts.
