Sarah Sprinkle represents a variety of clients on a broad range of international economic regulatory and trade policy matters, including WTO dispute settlement and market access issues; antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the US Department of Commerce, the International Trade Commission, federal courts and NAFTA; and sanctions, export controls and customs matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sprinkle was an international trade associate for Morris, Manning & Martin. There she represented foreign producers, exporters and governments and domestic importers in trade remedies and customs cases, including representing Canadian softwood lumber producers in antidumping investigations and Taiwanese and Korean steel producers in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations.
Ms. Sprinkle was also an international trade and export controls associate for Squire Patton Boggs, a legal intern for the US Trade Representative and an international trade and arbitration legal intern for LO Baptista Advogados.
Ms. Sprinkle is a member of the Customs and International Trade Bar Association. Through the Whitman Walker Legal Services Pro Bono Program, she has assisted clients with successful petitions for asylum.
