Sarah K. Squillante advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters. Prior to joining Littler, Sarah was a member of the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law’s one-year Corporate Fellow Program at a Columbus-based, privately held company. She worked alongside in-house counsel on a wide variety of employment matters, namely discrimination, retaliation, and harassment litigation and related charges.
Sarah worked as a law clerk at Student Legal Services at Ohio State University prior to her admission to the Ohio bar. She assisted attorneys in landlord/tenant, civil, and consumer matters for Ohio State students.
During law school, she focused her studies primarily on civil litigation. Sarah served as a staff editor for the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law and, later, as the online editor for the journal’s online publication, Amici Briefs.
