Sarah Zarrabi focuses her practice on government and internal investigations and white collar criminal matters. Ms. Zarrabi represents corporations and individuals in matters concerning securities fraud, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and internal controls and compliance.
She has represented clients in civil and criminal investigations before the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice and other regulatory and law enforcement agencies. Ms. Zarrabi’s practice is international in scale and spans a diverse range of industries including finance, health technology, global industry and telecommunications.
Ms. Zarrabi previously worked at WilmerHale as a summer associate. While attending the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, she worked as a housing clinic intern at the East Bay Community Law Center, where she counseled low-income clients on a wide range of housing issues.
She also participated in Berkeley’s Juvenile Hall Outreach program, where she educated juvenile defenders about the criminal justice system. Prior to pursuing her legal studies, Ms. Zarrabi worked for Jump Associates, a strategy and innovation consulting firm and Environment California, a citizen-based environmental advocacy organization.
