Sasha Boersma was born and raised in Southwest Berrien County. She attended River Valley High school, received a degree in Political Science and English – Practical Writing from Western Michigan University (B.A., 2010), and earned her law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law (J.D. Honors Program, 2013).
While in law school she competed on the trial advocacy team and worked at the school’s law clinic representing clients in general civil matters. She also obtained accreditation to represent veterans before the Department of Veterans Affairs, which she maintains to this day.
After graduating from law school, Sasha served as the law clerk and bailiff for the 36th Circuit Court of Van Buren County. She joined Conybeare Law Office in 2016. Sasha practices Social Security & Veterans Disability Law and worker’s compensation.
She is glad to be back in her hometown of Union Pier and enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nephews Braiden and Finley.
