Sasha G. Robertson is an associate in the Project Development and Finance practice. As a member of the firm’s interdisciplinary Renewable Energy practice, Sasha’s practice focuses on development and finance of renewable energy projects with an emphasis on solar energy developments, many involving sale-leaseback and tax equity investment structures.
Her experience includes drafting and reviewing all financing and security documents for such projects as well as power purchase agreements, lease agreements, and participation agreements. In addition to project development, Sasha advises clients regarding navigation of and compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act regulations.
Sasha received her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2013 and graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Theater and Environmental Social Sciences in 2008. While in law school, Sasha was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and served on the board of the Street Law organization.
