Savannah Stroud knows that people seek legal advice and guidance during the most difficult times in their lives. Because of this, she prides herself on being a compassionate and understanding family law and criminal law attorney that her clients can turn to.
Based out of The Carlson Law Firm’s Temple office, Savannah is a native Kansan but has called Texas home since 2005. Both of Savannah’s parents were civil servants and active in their respective professional organizations. Her father was a police officer and her mother was a county clerk.
She credits time spent as a child around lawyers, police officers and county officials for instilling her strong sense of civic duty. She is passionate about helping veterans, particularly those struggling with PTSD. Her most memorable cases are where hopeless clients got favorable outcomes.
Savannah is licensed to practice in Texas and the Federal Western District of Texas. She uses her knowledge of the law to assist families with adoption, divorce, child custody, Child Protective Services (CPS), name changes, pre and post-nuptial agreements. Her expertise extends into criminal courts as well. An experienced litigator, she has helped clear clients’ names and reputations in Federal and state courts.
Savannah is the criminal law attorney you want on your team if you’re facing Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), possession, assault, theft, terroristic threat, burglary, robbery, prostitution, solicitation, expunctions, non-disclosures, occupational licenses, murder and other criminal charges. No matter what legal obstacles you’re facing, Savannah will work tirelessly on your behalf to get the best possible outcome for your case.
When dealing with the state or federal courts, clients will make decisions that impact their day to day lives. Because of this, Savannah believes it is important to keep her clients informed of the short-term and long-term effects that laws, rulings and agreements will have on their lives. Her clients will always get honest, practical advice.
