Scot Claus’s practice is wide-ranging and varied. As a result, Mr. Claus regularly represents clients in the following areas: Complex Commercial Litigation, Professional Liability Defense, Constitutional Law and Defense of Governmental Entities, Real Property litigation (including commercial leasing disputes, land use disputes, easement and boundary disputes, and condemnation matters), and Trademark and Copyright prosecution and litigation. Mr. Claus regularly practices in both federal and state trial courts and courts of appeal.
He also acts as outside counsel for the Maricopa County Judicial Merit System Commission. Additionally, Mr. Claus is an Adjunct Faculty member at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University where he teaches three classes: Private Property Rights, Real Estate and Business Valuation, and Trademark Prosecution.
