Scott T. Allen is an associate and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice. He has represented clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including employment discrimination, traditional labor, and wage and hour cases before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.
Mr. Allen also counsels employers on a range of employment-related matters, such as disability accommodation, employee leave, and wage and hour compliance.
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Allen served as a legislative aide for U.S. Senator Herb Kohl, and as a press assistant for U.S. Senator Blanche Lincoln. During law school, he was a summer associate with Foley.

Mr. Allen earned a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., dean’s list, 2014), where he served as a senior editor of The Tax Lawyer. Mr. Allen holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.A., 2008).

Mr. Allen is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
