Cirrus Logic v. ESS Technology: Defense of “inevitable disclosure” trade secret claims involving audio chip development and strategic marketing information. Succeeded on summary judgment motions after successfully defeating motions for preliminary injunction.
E-Systems, Inc. v. Monitek: Represented the defendant in trademark infringement claim. Defense judgment received after a bench trial. Affirmed on appeal.
