Scott C. Craig is a partner in the Austin office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice primarily consists of private company representation, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and general corporate and securities law.
Scott counsels technology, life science, and other high-growth companies and their boards of directors from incorporation through exit. In addition, he represents private equity and venture capital funds in their investments in technology and other high-growth companies.
Before attending law school, Scott worked for three years as a management consultant for Manhattan Associates, a supply-chain and warehouse-management consulting and software company.
