
Scott Carr has significant experience in defending complex and class action litigation, including claims relating to products liability, consumer fraud, insurance coverage, California Business and Professions Code Section 17200, breach of contract and other matters.
His experience extends to all aspects of litigation, including pre-answer motions, discovery, motions for summary judgment, motions for class certification, coordination proceedings and trial.
Scott has significant experience representing insurance companies in individual cases involving allegations of breach of contract, bad faith and tortious interference with business opportunities.
Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Scott defended companies in complex and class action litigation at two other international law firms.
