Sean Kilian

Sean Kilian is a counsel in the Dallas office of Locke Lord where he focuses his practice on labor and employment law. He has experience in Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, wrongful termination, breach of contract claims, workers’ compensation retaliation, and wage and hour claims.

He provides counseling and advice on a variety of matters, including workplace privacy issues, and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Sean regularly assists employers in developing and drafting employment policies and handbooks, and drafts and negotiates employment agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and separation agreements.
