Sean Lee’s practice focuses on representing corporate clients in complex individual and class action litigation in state and federal courts. He has represented clients in the food, beverage and agribusiness and the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
Sean is involved in all stages of litigation, including fact investigations, developing trial strategy, taking depositions, attending hearings, preparing expert and fact witnesses, and motions practice. He has been a member of numerous trial teams that have achieved successful results for clients.
Sean is able to offer practical guidance on how to resolve Food and Drug Administration and other regulatory challenges. He has counseled clients on regulatory matters in the areas of medical data privacy, advertising and marketing, and pharmaceutical product recalls.
Earlier in his career, Sean clerked at Federal Trade Commission in the Pharmaceuticals section of the Antitrust Division and worked as a political security analyst at the World Bank, both of which give him unique experience and insights into solving the legal issues his clients face.
Sean’s pro bono work has included acting as a guardian ad litem in child custody cases and representing clients in domestic violence cases.
