
Sean Smith is an associate in the West Palm Beach Office of Shutts & Bowen, where he is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. Sean focuses his practice on the areas of business, real estate, and construction litigation. Sean has experience handling a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal court, including real estate litigation, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, construction disputes, and other commercial litigation matters.
Prior to joining Shutts & Bowen, Sean practiced at a statewide litigation firm where he handled construction defect and general liability matters. Sean also served as a Judicial Intern at the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court in West Palm Beach. Sean was awarded the Pro Bono Certificate while attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law. For his service to the university, Sean was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame.
