Sean T. Price counsels clients on acquiring, licensing and enforcing intellectual property rights. He advises clients, including multinational retail corporations, on trademark prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings and trademark licensing, and drafts and negotiates copyright licenses and software-as-a-service agreements.
He also reviews licensing agreements following significant changes such as new ownership structures, and when necessary pitches amendments to ensure the licensing agreements are current and accurate.
He is experienced prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. Patent & Trademark office, and has drafted and analyzed nondisclosure agreements and online privacy policies for clients. Sean has also worked with Internet service providers to deactivate email accounts and domain names engaged in fraudulent activity against his clients.
