Sean Spence focuses his Corporate practice on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of private investment funds. His practice covers a wide range of fund strategies, including real estate, leveraged buyout, debt, infrastructure and emerging markets, as well as customized co-investment vehicles and separate account arrangements.
In addition, he regularly advises a diverse group of institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds in connection with their global alternative investment strategies. Prior to joining Proskauer, Sean was an associate in the investment funds group at White & Case LLP.
