Sean Allen is a member of the Encompass Project Management team at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP. He has experience in coordinating document review activities for clients and case counsel, as well as training, leading, and supervising document review teams of all sizes in a diverse array of matters including antitrust, cyber, pharmaceutical litigation, and regulatory review, among others. Sean also has a background in both criminal law from his time spent as a prosecutor in Florida as well as civil litigation.
