Sean Zoltek is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses his practice on corporate finance matters. Sean has a broad range of experience representing and advising public and private borrowers and issuers, private equity sponsors, banking lenders, and non-bank credit providers (including business development companies and institutional funds) in a variety of public and private debt financings, including single-lender/club and syndicated credit facility financings, leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings, privately placed note offerings, venture lending transactions, in and out-of-court restructurings and workouts, cross-border financial transactions, mezzanine and other subordinated facilities, multi-tranche financings (including second lien and synthetic second lien arrangements), bridge financings, and other complex financing transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Sean was an associate in the private credit group of Proskauer Rose LLP.
