Sedric Bailey is an associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice. With a background in both litigation and employer counseling, Sedric’s practice covers a broad range of employment-related issues.
The bulk of Sedric’s litigation practice involves representing employers in complex collective and class action lawsuits. Sedric routinely litigates wage and hour, discrimination, and retaliation cases in state and federal courts throughout the country.
In addition to litigation, Sedric maintains a robust counseling practice in which he provides practical guidance, conducts compliance audits and facilitates various training for his clients. Sedric regularly drafts employment agreements, develops workplace policies and procedures, and conducts workplace internal investigations.
At William & Mary, he served as a staff editor of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal and was recognized as an H. Stewart Dunn, Jr. Civil Rights fellow for his achievements in constitutional law.
