Prior to joining Dickinson Wright, Seth worked for 13 years as a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia where he led hundreds of complex white collar and violent crime prosecutions. Seth also worked for 7 years in two leading international law firms located in New York City and Washington, DC, defending white collar criminal cases.
Seth is a seasoned trial lawyer, having been lead counsel in more than sixty jury trials, thirty bench trials, and fifteen matters on appeal.
