Seth David Kirschenbaum

Seth Kirschenbaum is a seasoned attorney with 30 years of experience. He has worked as an assistant attorney for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia, as trial lawyer, with the Antitrust Division and with the U.S. Department of Justice.

Seth holds several leadership posts in elite legal organization. He was named as a member of the legal elite by Georgia Trend Magazine. He was rated as one of the Top 10 lawyers in Georgia by Super Lawyer in 2013 and has been since 2005. He is a recipient of the Charles E Watkins, Jr. award from the ABA. He received the Randolph Thrower Lifetime Achievement Award from the Committee to Promote Inclusion in the Profession of the State Bar of Georgia.

Seth was a criminal law representative on the Chief Justice’s Commission on Professionalism. He was the President of the Atlanta Bar Association and currently a member of the Board of Governors of the state bar of Georgia.
