Sevag S Simonian

Attorney Sevag Simonian received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with honors in 2007 from the Pepperdine University. He was given birth to in Los Angeles, California. In 2011, he obtained his law degree from the University of La Verne.

Mr. Simonian was licensed in 2011 to practice law at the California Bar. Since his admission to the bar, he has provided representation to clients in a wide variety of different areas of law.  With his extensive experience as a litigator he concentrates on Chapter 7 Bankruptcies and has been successful in the representation of many persons and corporate entities in getting debt relief through a total discharge in Chapter 7 bankruptcy suits.

Sevag has substantial experience handling various Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees all over Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside Counties.

He was successful as a counsel to debtors against creditors and/or trustees who try to remove the automatic stay provided by 11 U.S. Code § 362 in the bid to start collection processess or proceedings against his clients. Mr. Simonian has obtained total debt relief for his clients through a Chapter 7 discharge while stopping the assets of the debt from being liquidated by the trustee.

Mr. Simonian has provided representation and defense to large companies and other corporate entities both at regional and federal courts. Such representation included matters of complicated litigation that include breach of contract matters and fraudulent issues in real estate transactions and release of insurance settlements.
