Shaila Manjiyani is a member of Dentons’ Real Estate practice group. She focuses her practice on representing institutional lenders in commercial real estate lending transactions involving secured and unsecured lending. She concentrates on real property acquisition, development, disposition and financing.
Shaila attended the Emory University School of Law, where she competed in the Arbitration Competition and was awarded the ADR Conflict Resolution Book Award. While in law school, she served as a legal extern for the Honorable Christopher J. McFadden at the Court of Appeals of Georgia. She also served as an editor for IP Theory, an online, peer-edited, open-access intellectual property law publication.
