Shannon C. Daniels is an associate in the Casualty Department. Her practice encompasses a wide variety of cases, including automobile liability, product liability and premises liability matters. She also focuses on asbestos and toxic tort litigation.
Shannon joined the firm as a summer associate in May 2016 and continued to work as a part-time law clerk until her graduation from law school. Shannon earned her juris doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was a staff editor of the Temple Law Review.
During law school she also served as the Program Director and Director of Advocacy for the School Discipline Advocacy Service, which is a student-led organization that advocates on behalf of Philadelphia School District students and charter school students who are going through a formal disciplinary process.
Shannon also was a research assistant and teaching assistant, and she remains a fellow with the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society.
Prior to law school, Shannon obtained her Bachelor of Science in Communications from Cornell University. At Cornell, she was a member of the Women’s Track and Field Team, as well as a Campus Tour Guide and Information Specialist.
