Shannon R. Creasy represents employers in litigation and administrative charges involving a broad range of labor and employment disputes, including claims of:
- Federal and state wage and hour law violations
- Discrimination
- Harassment
- Misappropriation of trade secrets and restrictive covenant matters
In addition to her litigation practice, Shannon drafts and reviews employee handbooks, employment agreements, and separation agreements. She counsels employers to ensure compliance with federal and state laws regarding:
- Wage and hour practices
- Anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies
- Restrictive covenants
- Pre-employment screening processes
In a partnership with the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN), Shannon is currently providing pro bono representation to a victim of human trafficking in an immigration matter.
During law school, she was an associate editor for the Georgia State University Law Review and worked as an intern in the legal unit of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), where she researched and evaluated employment discrimination claims.
